Updating our software GUI with pyQt

We would like to develop further our software and its GUI which is written in pyQT. A freelancer GUI designer and developer has to :

1- design and develop further of GUI of our software (30 pages, all with 2 templates but different contents)

2- update and redesign the current running software(3 windows/pages)
