1 - I want to be able to upload an image and have MidJourney or DALL-E create a specific image in pixel art from this exact uploaded image ! (not imagined from the uploaded image) . is it clear and is this possible ?

2 - I want to specify the resolution for the pixel art result (like 256x256 pixels, or 96x256 pixels, etc.).

3 - I want to specify the colors it can use to create the pixel art, and only one tone of the color: for example, if I say blue is a color it can use, it should only use one shade of blue, not three different shades.
