Virtual Admin - Research Assistant

We are looking for a motivated person to assist our business as a Virtual administrative and research assistant.
It is difficult to find the right person in Australia's very competitive job market, so we are trying Guru as an option for us.
This role will require someone with experience in providing administrative support and online research assistance to a team of 8 based in Melbourne, Australia. Our business is in the Construction industry specialising in the Design of Building Services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire etc.) for large buildings in Australasia, Europe and the Middle East.
The anticipated weekly hours would be approx. 25 - 35 hours per week and will be required to start in the next 1 to 2 week period.
Your weekly tasks will include (but not limited to):
• Email management + communication
• Executive + admin support
• Calendar management
• Managing and assisting with team collaboration within the business
• Reviewing recently purchased AI software and further developing its capabilities.
• Researching AI alternatives and innovations to improve current workflows.
The ideal candidate must have a high level of experience working with the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of office management systems and procedures. The ability to conduct testing, research and provide recommendations relating to workflow improvements and AI would be highly regarded. This is a varied and exciting opportunity to assist a business based in Australia. .
The candidate must have good attention to detail, strong time management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Being reliable with the ability to achieve deadlines is crucial.
