Wordpress Developer + Customer Support

We are seeking two talented WordPress Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining our WordPress estate with a strong focus on optimizing on-page SEO elements. They will work in a shift-based role, consisting of 3 x 12-hour shifts and 1 x 8-hour shift each week, with the flexibility to cover shifts between 10:00 and 22:00 CET (European time). Additionally, the candidates should possess a flair for customer support, as they will be interacting with our clients to address their needs. Proficiency in business-level English is essential for effective communication within our team and with clients. While some hardware ability would be advantageous, we are willing to provide training for the customer support aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and maintain our WordPress estate with a focus on optimizing on-page SEO elements.
Work efficiently to deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines, ensuring that on-page SEO best practices are implemented.
Offer feedback and plan roadmaps for improvements on both the front and back end, including strategies for enhancing on-page SEO performance.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing content and metadata.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure that website content is optimized for relevant keywords and user intent.
Implement technical SEO enhancements, such as improving website speed and mobile responsiveness.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic and keyword rankings, and make data-driven decisions to improve on-page SEO effectiveness.
Requirements:

Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with back-end development using PHP.
Flexibility to work in a shift-based role, including 3 x 12-hour shifts and 1 x 8-hour shift each week, between 10:00 and 22:00 CET.
Excellent communication skills in business-level English.
A passion for serving customers.
A flair for customer support.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with hardware would be advantageous but not required.
Salary: $500 per month
